Lee Residence 蘆洲李宅

客戶是一對輕熟齡夫婦，他們的生活步調單純而規律。
我們希望以一種極簡的方式呈現出能夠符合他們的氣息。首先為23坪的使用空間制定一個良好的方案，並以單色調為主軸來營造室內的氛圍。

材質的選用上，以6公尺長的輕薄鐵件做為用餐區椅凳，並延伸至客廳串聯公領域。地坪鋪設萊姆石，為室內空間帶來寧靜且充滿凝聚力的外觀。藤編織製成的折門為公、私領域的活動隔屏，為坪數不大的起居空間增加使用彈性，也為室內氛圍注入一股暖意，軟化了方正空間的生硬感。

The client is a young couple who lives a simple, regular life.
We employed a minimalist approach creating an atmosphere that matched their lifestyle. First, we developed a sensible plan for the 76-square-meter space, employing a monochromatic palette to evoke the intended atmosphere in the interior.

Regarding the choice of materials, we built a 6-meter-long light and thin iron bench in the dining area and extended the iron piece to the living room as a connection of public areas. The floor was paved with limestone to create a tranquil, cohesive appearance. A folding rattan door serves as a moveable screen to sperate public and private areas, adding flexibility to the small living area.
