診所的整體配置主要有兩大考量：

其一，因房東希望能維持現有屋況大部分的狀態，使得外觀及內部構造不能更動，因此限制了空間配置的彈性。
其二是在法規的判定上，屋內有部分面積，因為使用名目變更的關係，故無法作為醫療空間使用。

要在僅有能變動的範圍裡，符合醫療空間機能又不觸動法規前提下，規劃出適合的空間配置，成了這個案件最大的挑戰。
雖然諸多限制，但房子本身的條件是有優勢的，它有挑高的空間及整齊的結構體，而這也變成設計上的發想起源。

我們透過對稱的方法，來放大房子本身的優勢及美感，整齊有條理的排列，讓空間顯得穩重、俐落。極簡的表現方式，呈現一塵不染的快意，藉由陽光照映，刻劃出明亮、清晰的輪廓。

There were two main points to be considered in the overall configuration of the clinic:

First, the owner wished to maintain most of the existing property conditions as is. Hence, there was no scope to change the appearance of the property and its internal structures; also, there was limited flexibility for space allocation.
Second, considering the regulations regarding change in land use, a part of the property could not be allocated for use as a medical space.

Planning a suitable space configuration within the changeable range and conforming to the functions of the medical space without violating regulations was the biggest challenge in this case.

Although the restrictions were numerous, the property itself has certain advantages. It has an elevated space and has a regular structure, which provided the inspiration for the design.

We used the symmetrical method to highlight the advantages and aesthetics of the property. The well-ordered arrangement within the space brought a sense of stability and efficiency to the place. The minimalist design made the place appear flawless, and in the sunlight, the structure’s clear outline was etched prominently.
